We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Drilling Supervisor to oversee on-site drilling operations. In this role, you will supervise a team of drilling personnel, coordinate drilling activities, and ensure that operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and environmental standards. You will play a key role in ensuring that drilling projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise drilling crews and contractors on-site, ensuring all drilling activities are executed safely and according to the drilling program.
Monitor drilling operations, equipment, and personnel to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with the operations team, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues or delays.
Manage and report daily drilling performance, including drilling progress, costs, and any incidents.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Technology, or a related field.
