  • Any unauthorized use of accounts must be reported immediately.

  • Employer Obligations
  • Employers must ensure that all job postings are genuine, lawful, and accurately represent the role.
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory postings are strictly prohibited.
  • Employers are solely responsible for the hiring decisions made through UniversalJobz.

  • Candidate Obligations
  • Candidates must provide truthful information in resumes, profiles, and applications.
  • Misrepresentation of skills, qualifications, or experience may result in account suspension.
  • Candidates are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job postings before applying.

  • Service Usage
  • The platform must not be used for spam, phishing, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
  • UniversalJobz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse.

  • Intellectual Property
  • All content, technology, and branding on UniversalJobz are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

  • Service Modifications
  • UniversalJobz may update, modify, or discontinue services, pricing, or features at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels.

  • Limitation of Liability
  • While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, UniversalJobz is not liable for technical issues, downtime, or third-party disruptions.
  • We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employment disputes, or contractual obligations between employers and candidates.

  • Jurisdiction
  • These terms are governed by GCC & India laws and applicable international regulations.
  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts within the GCC & India jurisdiction.
